Recipe~~ Ingredients- 3 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 package tofu 1 inch of ginger, minced 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1/2 white onion, sliced 1 cup bean sprouts 2 stalks of scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 lb fresh rice noodles Sesame oil sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce white pepper to taste Method Marinate the tofu in the soy sauce for 15-30 mins. Over medium heat, stir fry the onion, garlic, and ginger until slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add in bean sprouts and cook for one more minute. Push the vegetables to the side then fry the tofu on the other side of the pan with extra vegetable oil. Flip the tofu so it’s crispy on both sides. This should take 5 minutes on each side. Add in the fresh noodles and cover with a lid for about 4-5 mins. For the sauce, mix together all the ingredients. Pour over the noodles then stir though until even coated. Add in the scallions and stir through. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil, then serve!
