Tomato Garlic Confit Focaccia for #focacciafriday (a new thing we are trying at home)! I took @sarahjampel recipe and split it in half to make two smaller ones (one regular, and one tomato). Made with 400 grams of AP and 225 grams of Spelt. And while the dough was rising, I slow roasted some tomatoes, garlic, rosemary and oregano with lots of olive oil until the whole house smelled like summer ❀️. Recipe on the blog ✌🏼

There's an Italian recipe, typical from Bari, called focaccia barese. It's pretty much the same, only differente is that they add potatoes to the dough 🀀
